Extend FO

Hi,
We've 2 points A & B with their patch panel in both sides. The FO is MM 6 wires but only 4 are working.
We want to add point C and link with A.
I think is posible do mechanical splices in the patch panel in B. Is that correct? Please give me tips for do it.
And indicate me which accesories implies do it.
